You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying a weight that’s hard to put into words—whether that’s anxiety, burnout, stress, or the impact of past experiences. At times, it can feel like you’re doing your best to hold everything together, while something inside still feels unsettled or exhausted.
I work with individuals who are longing for a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and alignment in their lives. My approach is warm, grounded, and holistic—honouring the connection between your mind, body, and soul, and the unique story you carry.
Together, we create a calm and trusting space where you don’t have to navigate things alone. Drawing from approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative, and somatic work, I tailor our sessions to support what you need most—whether that’s making sense of your experiences, building resilience, or reconnecting with your values.
My hope is that through our work, you feel understood, supported, and empowered—not just to cope, but to move forward in a way that feels more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.
