Individual counselling services involve one on one sessions with a therapist to explore personal challenges, life transitions, emotions and values in a confidential setting.
Fee: $160 per 50 minute session

Couples counselling services involve partnering with a therapist as you aim to improve communication, strengthen unity, and resolve conflict within a neutral space that fosters understanding and collaboration.
Fee: $220 per 50 minute session

Families
Family counselling services involve multiple family members working with a therapist focused on understanding family dynamics, improving communication, and strengthening the family bond to increase the functioning of the family system.
Fee: $220 per 50 minute session
Please check with your health insurance - most will cover psychotherapy.

Parker Psychotherapy is able to offer Clinical Supervision provided by Kelsey Parker R.P.
Kelsey places a high value on authenticity and growth mindset with her supervisees. She is committed to helping you be the best therapist you can be, while remaining true to your individuality.
Kelsey has over a decade of experience as a Registered Psychotherapist. She meets the criteria for Clinical Supervisor as per the CRPO requirements. Kelsey has a breathe of experience working with clients of all ages within individual, couple and family session formats.
