More about me:
I’m Daniel—a husband of 13 years, a father to three energetic kids, and someone who finds joy in the simple, grounding routines of life: walking our two dogs, playing video games, and spending evenings around a board game with friends or family.
Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and the complexities of faith. I specialize in trauma recovery, couples counselling, and working with Christian/Catholic men who are facing issues like addiction, pornography, or fatherhood challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, while also offering faith-integrated support for clients who value their Catholic or Christian beliefs.
What matters most to me—whether in therapy or at home—is creating spaces where people feel seen, respected, and never alone in what they’re going through. I take the time with you, you will leave session believing you have been heard and understand the next steps to our plan.
